What You'll Do
Engage directly with consumers through phone, email, or text to discuss overdue balances and secure payments. You’ll work to understand each individual’s financial situation and negotiate realistic repayment arrangements or settlements.
Track and document every interaction with precision, ensuring records are current and reflect all collection efforts. You’ll assess account details to determine the best approach and prioritize outreach based on performance goals.
Resolve disputes and inquiries promptly, addressing concerns with professionalism and care. You’ll also use skip-tracing methods when needed to locate individuals and update contact details.
Meet performance targets set by management, including daily, weekly, and monthly benchmarks. You’ll follow established procedures and contribute to team objectives while maintaining strict compliance with internal policies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organizational habits
- Commitment to ethical conduct in all customer interactions
- Clear, effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience in collections or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with legal standards and regulations related to debt recovery is a plus.

Compensation
Top performers may receive quarterly bonuses. Base salary details are available during the interview process.
