About the Role
This position is responsible for driving sales of cloud and data services in the Philadelphia or DMV area by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals using a consultative approach. The individual will work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and support long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in assigned territories
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Present tailored cloud and data solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate proposals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct regular outreach to prospects via phone and email
- Attend industry events and networking functions
- Track all sales activities in the CRM system
- Provide market feedback to product and strategy teams
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Stay current on technology trends in cloud services
- Coordinate with support teams for customer onboarding
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations
- Manage sales forecasts and pipeline updates
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly
- Address objections and resolve concerns
- Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings
- Support marketing initiatives with customer insights
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies
- Participate in regular performance reviews
