About the Role
This position involves analyzing system functionality, working with teams to resolve technical issues, and ensuring systems align with business goals through continuous evaluation and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Assess existing system architectures to identify areas for optimization
- Collaborate with engineers and product teams to define system requirements
- Document system workflows and data flow diagrams for clarity and future reference
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system performance issues
- Support integration of new technologies into existing infrastructure
- Translate business needs into technical specifications
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring technical problems
- Develop and maintain system documentation
- Participate in change management processes for system updates
- Ensure compliance with internal standards and security policies
- Work closely with IT and operations teams during system rollouts
- Evaluate vendor solutions and support procurement decisions
- Assist in testing system upgrades and patches
- Provide technical guidance during incident resolution
- Track and report on key system performance metrics
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support disaster recovery planning and testing
- Contribute to capacity planning initiatives
- Maintain awareness of emerging technologies relevant to system architecture
