About the Role

The role involves leading business development initiatives in Poland, focusing on acquiring new partners, negotiating agreements, and contributing to long-term market expansion strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead market expansion efforts in Poland through targeted outreach and partnership development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with key industry players
  • Establish and manage relationships with potential partners and clients
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with company strategy
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums
  • Develop strategic plans to enter new market segments
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
  • Present business proposals to senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Drive contract finalization with new partners
  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities
  • Support product positioning tailored to local market needs
  • Work closely with marketing to create targeted campaigns
  • Provide feedback from the market to inform product development
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations in business practices
  • Manage a pipeline of potential deals from initial contact to close
  • Act as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries
  • Assist in onboarding new partners post-sale
  • Stay updated on financial technology trends in the region
