Responsibilities
- Preparation and execution of research processes, from mapping research problems to analyzing research materials.
- Creating reports and delivering key project insights to the team
- Conducting research using the following techniques: user testing, in-depth interviews (IDIs), occasionally focus group interviews – FGIs, tree testing, and card sorting
- Preparing and facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams
- Synthesize and communicate findings to inspire the design and product decisions and create visibility across departments
- Create personas, user journey maps, and blueprints as outputs of the research you conducted
- Collaborate with other researchers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (designers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
Requirements
- Documented commercial experience as a UX Researcher applying qualitative and quantitative research methods
- Deep understanding of digital product lifecycle
- Good command of written and spoken Polish
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out
- Ability to navigate multiple stakeholder groups and influence others
- Strong attention to detail and highly developed organizational skills
- Knowledge and experience in working with AI
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools such as: Dovetail, TheyDo, Lookback, Figma, FigJam, and platforms for conducting remote research
