About the Role
The Project Manager will lead RTSM projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful implementation and execution of clinical trial systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of RTSM project timelines and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines
- Serve as primary point of contact for client and internal stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage change control processes for project scope adjustments
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain meeting documentation
- Track and report on project metrics and milestones
- Collaborate with technical teams to integrate RTSM with other clinical systems
- Support user acceptance testing and validation activities
- Oversee vendor coordination when applicable
- Ensure data integrity and system compliance throughout project lifecycle
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Drive resolution of project issues and dependencies
- Communicate project status to leadership and stakeholders
- Support training and knowledge transfer for end users
- Ensure project deliverables meet client specifications
- Work closely with clinical operations teams to align project goals
- Apply project management best practices to improve efficiency
