Responsibilities
- Conduct professional, meaningful conversations with prospective clients
- Proactively prospect and identify new potential clients
- Support individuals in clarifying their goals and determining whether our programs are a good fit
- Build and maintain authentic, long-term client relationships
- Guide decision-making processes with clarity, neutrality, and respect
- Use CRM tools to manage client pathways, follow-ups, and activity
- Work remotely with flexible hours (minimum 10–15 hours per week), suitable alongside other commitments
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leadership, business development, coaching, or self-employment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent activity
- Comfort with prospecting, outreach, and building new client relationships
- Excellent English skills
- Interest in personal and professional development
- Ability to communicate in a grounded, human way
- Alignment with a team culture that values self-awareness and authenticity
