Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain product listings, including ongoing detail page updates
- Identify and resolve listing-related issues on Amazon accounts in a timely manner
- Review and provide strategic feedback on visual assets and content to enhance effectiveness
- Design and implement marketing strategies across Amazon.com and Amazon.ca
- Oversee and optimize Amazon Sponsored Ads and AMS campaigns based on performance goals
- Work with media partners to plan and launch DSP campaigns that increase visibility for key products
- Support major seasonal promotions through coordinated on- and off-platform marketing efforts
- Administer MDF budgets and manage accrual programs accurately
- Build strong partnerships with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product divisions
- Foster collaborative relationships with external brand partners
- Handle daily operational tasks including claim submissions, report monitoring, POP tracking, and progress updates
- Deliver performance insights, trends, and actionable learnings to stakeholders
