Vaniam Group is hiring an Account Executive, Client Services to oversee the successful implementation of client Statements of Work (SOWs), coordinate internal and external resources, and manage project timelines and budgets. You will provide day-to-day communication with clients and serve as a key point of contact, working within a culture passionate about serving clients focused on cancer and blood diseases.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate knowledge of your assigned accounts' therapeutic areas, competitive environment, and healthcare regulatory implications.
- Employ agency procedures, identify typical issues, and escalate them appropriately.
- Modify core product framework plans to create custom project plans.
- Evaluate deliverables against Project Briefs for quality and alignment.
- Support the development of thorough tactical plans, including budgets and timelines.
- Provide accurate and thorough documentation, including status reports, contact reports, and timelines.
- Own day-to-day tactics and execution within the agency.
- Synchronize communications between account teams, support teams, vendors, and clients.
- Assist with budget development and ensure invoicing aligns with agreed-upon payment terms.
- Keep an accurate record of time spent on client work and manage project burn rate.
- Assist in project reconciliation and work with accounting to ensure accurate billing.
- Communicate basic agency recommendations to clients effectively and concisely.
- Work with clients and internal teams to successfully execute scoped tactics.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of client services experience.
- 1+ year of agency or pharmaceutical advertising experience.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing.
- Good working knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries and scientific communications.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a commitment to accountability.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally at all levels within the organization and with clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and WebEx (or other similar systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions, and work well in group problem-solving situations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to retain and protect confidential client and company information.
Nice to Have
- Oncology/hematology experience.
- Experience using cloud-based system servers such as Egnyte.
- Experience working in a completely virtual environment.
