About the Role

The IMA Group is hiring a Disability Claims Specialist (internally titled Quality Assurance Specialist) to ensure the accuracy and compliance of disability-related Independent Medical Examination (IME) reports and medical documentation. This fully remote position is central to delivering high-quality, timely reports to our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Review IME reports, addenda, and peer reviews for accuracy and compliance
  • Process revisions and manage addendum requests from initiation to completion
  • Track deadlines and prioritize urgent client requests
  • Communicate report status updates with internal teams

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of disability claims experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word

Nice to Have

  • Clinical background
  • Proficient in Excel

Technical Stack

  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel

Benefits & Compensation

  • Hourly pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position. Candidates may work from anywhere in the United States excluding New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, and Washington.
