The IMA Group is hiring a Disability Claims Specialist (internally titled Quality Assurance Specialist) to ensure the accuracy and compliance of disability-related Independent Medical Examination (IME) reports and medical documentation. This fully remote position is central to delivering high-quality, timely reports to our clients.
What You'll Do
- Review IME reports, addenda, and peer reviews for accuracy and compliance
- Process revisions and manage addendum requests from initiation to completion
- Track deadlines and prioritize urgent client requests
- Communicate report status updates with internal teams
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of disability claims experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
Nice to Have
- Clinical background
- Proficient in Excel

Benefits & Compensation
- Hourly pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates may work from anywhere in the United States excluding New York City, Chicago, California, Colorado, and Washington.
