What You'll Do
- Manage and cultivate relationships with insurance providers and payers
- Navigate the credentialing and contracting processes for insurance networks
- Analyze and track insurance reimbursement rates and policy changes
- Collaborate internally to ensure service offerings align with payer requirements
- Resolve issues related to insurance claims and provider status
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience working with health insurance payers, networks, or credentialing
- Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement models and insurance contracts
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Ability to interpret complex policy documents and regulatory guidelines
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
