Carrot Fertility is looking for an Account Executive, Canada to drive new business growth. You will be responsible for sourcing opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to onboard clients, influencing the product roadmap, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build a strong sales pipeline while closing deals, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Act as a trusted consultant and advisor to external parties, gaining insights into prospects' pain points and buying needs.
  • Become an expert on Carrot's product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations.
  • Partner with Carrot’s product team as the voice of the market to help inform product priorities.
  • Learn and convincingly communicate Carrot’s unique value proposition.
  • Collaborate well with team members and forecast accurately.
  • Hit and exceed annual revenue targets.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling into mid- to large enterprises in the employer health benefits space.
  • A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Experience working with consulting firms that support employers' evaluations of new benefits.
  • Outstanding communication (interpersonal and presentation) and closing skills.
  • Experience with a CRM (Salesforce specifically).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in navigating complicated benefits buying topics, such as cost savings and compliance.
  • Ideally, passion for Carrot’s mission to achieve fertility care for all.

Starting base salary will range from the listed salary. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
