Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal support teams to ensure client success
  • Negotiate contracts and manage renewal processes
  • Track sales activities and forecast performance using CRM systems

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitive offerings
  • Participate in industry events and client-facing presentations
