As an Account Executive in Australia, you’ll lead new business development within the rapidly expanding solar photovoltaic industry. This role is ideal for a results-focused sales professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, initiating outreach, and securing enterprise-level agreements. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while working within a high-performing, globally connected team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads aligned with strategic growth goals.
  • Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers and schedule high-value meetings.
  • Deliver clear, outcome-focused sales presentations that connect product value to customer needs.
  • Navigate complex negotiations and finalize contracts with enterprise clients.
  • Consistently achieve and surpass revenue objectives tied to business expansion.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings across Australia to strengthen market presence.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven success in B2B sales, particularly in a ‘hunter’ role, with at least 2–5 years of experience closing deals and exceeding targets.
  • Native-level English proficiency and strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Resilient mindset with a clear focus on performance and measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically to meet clients and support business growth.
  • Familiarity with the solar or renewable energy sector is highly advantageous.
  • Additional language skills are considered a bonus.
