About the Role

What You'll Do

Take ownership of generating and managing a robust pipeline of qualified prospects within Australia’s expanding solar PV market. Lead proactive outreach initiatives to engage enterprise clients, secure meetings, and convert interest into long-term business. Deliver compelling, outcome-focused sales presentations that clearly connect our platform’s capabilities to client success. Confidently negotiate terms and close high-value deals. Meet and exceed defined revenue goals while representing the company at key industry events, conferences, and client-facing meetings across the country.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Australia and fluent in English, with native-level communication skills
  • 2–5 years of demonstrated success in B2B 'hunter' sales roles, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets
  • Strong ability to initiate and manage outreach, follow-up, and negotiation independently
  • Proven skill in presenting to and influencing enterprise decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by measurable results
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed to support client acquisition and growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience or familiarity with the solar or renewable energy industry
  • Additional language skills beyond English
