What You'll Do
Take ownership of generating and managing a robust pipeline of qualified prospects within Australia’s expanding solar PV market. Lead proactive outreach initiatives to engage enterprise clients, secure meetings, and convert interest into long-term business. Deliver compelling, outcome-focused sales presentations that clearly connect our platform’s capabilities to client success. Confidently negotiate terms and close high-value deals. Meet and exceed defined revenue goals while representing the company at key industry events, conferences, and client-facing meetings across the country.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia and fluent in English, with native-level communication skills
- 2–5 years of demonstrated success in B2B 'hunter' sales roles, with a track record of consistently exceeding targets
- Strong ability to initiate and manage outreach, follow-up, and negotiation independently
- Proven skill in presenting to and influencing enterprise decision-makers
- Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by measurable results
- Willingness to travel domestically as needed to support client acquisition and growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience or familiarity with the solar or renewable energy industry
- Additional language skills beyond English
