Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within targeted markets
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client challenges and objectives
- Deliver personalized product demonstrations tailored to prospect needs
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Negotiate and close deals aligned with company goals
- Collaborate with customer success teams during onboarding phases
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM system
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Represent the company at industry events and networking forums
- Provide feedback from clients to inform product development priorities
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements
- Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles at various stages
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to refine outreach strategies
- Support the development of case studies and reference materials
- Participate in regular sales forecasting and pipeline reviews
- Adapt communication style to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual and data privacy standards
- Escalate complex technical inquiries to appropriate internal resources
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years in software sales or B2B technology selling
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience selling SaaS platforms to mid-market or enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Skilled in consultative and solution-based selling techniques
- Comfortable discussing technical capabilities with clients
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally
- Experience in construction or operations software is a plus
- Familiarity with agile project delivery methods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain complex workflows in simple terms
- History of building trust with C-level executives
- Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly
