We are a Berlin-based startup revolutionizing the mobility world with our innovative B2B product Jobticket+ (https://www.ticket-plus.app/jobticket/). Jobticket+ is the comprehensive solution for companies to offer their employees the Germany ticket and other mobility solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven personality as Account Executive (AE) who is eager to expand our B2B sales.
Tasks
Your Job:
As an Account Executive (AE), you are responsible for actively selling our Jobticket+ solution to companies. You play the key role in expanding our market presence and acquiring new business customers. The job is strongly outbound-focused: You'll capture AI-qualified leads and need a genuine "hunter" mentality with proven success in B2B sales and deal closing.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire sales process: From automated lead generation through inbound conversion to closing.
- Identify and contact the right B2B decision-makers across various industries.
- Develop and pursue AI-driven sales strategies to achieve (and exceed!) your goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers.
- Demo Calls: Present Jobticket+ and showcase the value we provide to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and secure deals.
- Utilize our AI tools to understand market trends, monitor competition, and identify new opportunities.
- Deliver reliable and timely sales forecasts and reports.
Qualifications
What You Should Bring:
- Must: Native-level German.
- 2-5 years of work experience
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas as a B2B Account Executive (or similar closing role).
- In-depth understanding of the B2B sales process.
- Communication and negotiation talent, especially in closing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about success.
- Self-managed and capable of managing your own sales pipeline.
- Experience with AI-supported sales tools.
- Experience in mobility or transport industry? Great, that's a plus!
