About the Role

The Account Executive will lead sales initiatives, build relationships with prospective clients, and close deals to meet revenue targets in a dynamic technology sector.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Participate in strategic planning for market expansion
  • Manage a pipeline of leads from initial contact to contract signing
  • Tailor solutions to meet specific client requirements
  • Attend industry events and networking functions
  • Support marketing initiatives with client insights and feedback
  • Ensure smooth handoff of accounts to customer success teams
  • Drive adoption of platform features through consultative selling
  • Address client objections and provide resolution strategies
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates and enhancements
  • Work closely with technical teams to clarify client needs
  • Contribute to the refinement of sales processes and tools
  • Meet or exceed individual sales quotas consistently
  • Build long-term client relationships based on trust and value delivery
  • Utilize CRM software to track progress and manage workflows
  • Advocate for customer needs within the organization
  • Support onboarding of new clients through initial stages
