What You'll Do
Take full ownership of a defined geographic area, identifying and developing new business opportunities from the ground up. You’ll engage directly with construction contractors, uncovering their operational challenges in payroll, HR, and field management to position Miter as a strategic solution.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles with a consultative approach—ask insightful questions, assess needs, and clearly demonstrate how our platform simplifies complex workflows. You’ll negotiate and close new deals, consistently driving toward and exceeding revenue goals.
Collaborate closely with sales development, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure smooth transitions and strong onboarding experiences. Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting, keeping leadership informed of progress and potential roadblocks.
