Responsibilities
- Join the initial sales team launching the new London office
- Contribute to building European go-to-market strategies
- Manage inbound leads generated from free trials or demo requests, averaging over 200 demos per month
- Engage with internal talent acquisition teams and recruitment agencies as clients
- Navigate sales cycles lasting between two and three weeks, influenced by customer trial decisions
- Identify expansion opportunities within a current base of more than 2,000 customers with sizable recruiting teams
- Position offerings competitively against established recruiting technology platforms and secure wins
Compensation
75-90K GBP base salary depending on experience, with uncapped commission; total earnings range from £130K to £190K
