About the Role

This role focuses on acquiring new clients through proactive outreach, strategic sales conversations, and consultative problem-solving to meet revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Build relationships with decision-makers to understand business needs
  • Deliver tailored presentations to demonstrate product value
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in training and development sessions
  • Use CRM tools to track progress and forecast revenue
  • Respond to prospect inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Qualify leads based on fit and buying readiness
  • Develop follow-up strategies for warm and cold prospects
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking sessions
  • Adapt messaging based on customer feedback and market changes
  • Support the creation of sales materials and pitch decks
  • Escalate technical or service issues to appropriate teams
  • Maintain compliance with company sales policies
  • Provide input on customer needs to product and marketing teams
