About the Role

The Account Executive will drive new customer acquisition by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals within the enterprise market. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, deep customer engagement, and collaboration across teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned markets
  • Conduct outreach to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Present product offerings in a way that addresses customer needs
  • Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Manage sales pipeline and ensure accurate forecasting
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
  • Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
  • Track all customer interactions in CRM system
  • Support customer onboarding after deal closure
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences
  • Develop account plans for strategic prospects
  • Use data to prioritize high-value opportunities
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing and licensing
  • Work cross-functionally with support and engineering teams
  • Deliver product demonstrations when necessary
  • Address customer objections with effective solutions
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on market input
  • Contribute to team meetings and performance reviews
  • Drive adoption of security and cloud-based services
