About the Role
The Account Executive will drive new customer acquisition by identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals within the enterprise market. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, deep customer engagement, and collaboration across teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned markets

- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge
- Coordinate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
- Track all customer interactions in CRM system
- Support customer onboarding after deal closure
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Develop account plans for strategic prospects
- Use data to prioritize high-value opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of pricing and licensing
- Work cross-functionally with support and engineering teams
- Deliver product demonstrations when necessary
- Address customer objections with effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with sales policies and procedures
- Provide feedback to product teams based on market input
- Contribute to team meetings and performance reviews
- Drive adoption of security and cloud-based services
