Qwilr is looking for a coachable, process-driven Inbound Account Executive to join our ambitious and growing sales team. You will turn high-intent leads into happy customers by owning the full sales cycle — from first call to close — with a repeatable, high-converting approach.
What You'll Do
- Work primarily with inbound leads such as demo requests, trials, and hand-raisers.
- Own the full sales cycle and have light outbound opportunities with past leads and warm re-engagements.
- Move high-intent prospects through a repeatable, optimized process.
- Lead effective discovery calls to uncover pain points and generate excitement.
- Run value-driven demos showing how Qwilr solves prospect problems.
- Support successful trials by helping prospects get hands-on experience.
- Update deal and contact activity in HubSpot for effective pipeline management.
- Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
- Leverage the latest sales tech and AI to sell smarter.
- Be a critical part of a highly efficient team with agency over your work.
- Work as one team with your Head of Sales and AE teammates to improve the sales process.
- Build strong relationships with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps as a thoughtful teammate.
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years of experience successfully selling SaaS products valued between $3k to $50k.
- You are in sales because you love helping people win.
- You are naturally curious and learn new things quickly.
- You excel at managing yourself like a successful business.
- You are a sales professional excited by building your business and hitting goals.
- You can follow a repeatable process and bring your own flair to improve it.
- You can run a high-volume, high-velocity sales motion with confidence and continuously refine it.
- You're organized at scale, managing your pipeline with tools like HubSpot and Gong.
- You are coachable and excited to work closely with the Head of Sales to sharpen your skills.
- You love to learn and are always looking to improve your craft, process, and self.
- You are deeply curious about the product, industry, prospects, and competition.
- You take pride in ensuring every email, phone call, and interaction is of the highest quality.
- Must be located in the GMT or GMT+1 timezone.
- Must be set up or willing to work as a freelancer/independent contractor in your country of tax residence.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
- Familiarity with proposal software and building your own pitch decks.
- Previous experience selling to sales and marketing decision-makers.
