Sonia Solutions is hiring an Account Executive to drive our mission of revolutionizing healthcare through AI-powered solutions. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle from initial contact through the trial month to successful upsell, focusing on expanding our customer relationships within the healthcare sector.
What You'll Do
- Steer the complete sales process from initial contact through the trial month to successful upsell.
- Actively build pipeline by independently generating new leads via various channels and testing new approaches.
- Closely support customers during the trial month, identify hurdles early, and work closely with the Customer Success team.
- Use CRM (HubSpot) precisely and transparently for clear handovers and effective collaboration.
- Identify upsell potentials early and convince with economic arguments like ROI or time savings.
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, ideally in SaaS or HealthTech.
- Excellent German language skills (C2) and solid English skills (at least C1).
- Strong communication skills, convincing and trustworthy in conversation.
- Proactive team player with a focus on results.
- Structured, self-organized way of working.
Nice to Have
- Experience with HubSpot.
- Knowledge of the German healthcare system.
