About the Role

Semperis, recognized as one of America’s Fastest-Growing Cybersecurity Companies, is hiring an Account Executive for our West Sales Team in California. In this role, you will pursue and close new business opportunities, develop sales leads from initial contact through closure, and build pipeline through trusted partner relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Develop professional productive relationships with new accounts.
  • Ensure consistent pipeline development and closed business opportunities in your respective territory.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Qualify, manage, and support leads from marketing campaigns and sales opportunities, progressing them through closure.
  • Convert SQLs from the SDR team into closed/won opportunities.
  • Own the market in your territory through trusted partner relationships and strategic alliances along with the territory Channel Director.
  • Continuously build new pipeline and exceed assigned growth goals.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Conduct prospecting efforts to generate leads.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify client needs and advise appropriate Semperis products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, services, and pricing models.
  • Build long-term trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Must be based in the specified territory (California).
  • Must have strong in-territory experience.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization.

Nice to Have

  • 8+ years of Enterprise Sales experience successfully selling into enterprise accounts.
  • Active Directory, Azure AD, identity-related sales experience.
  • Strong territory planning and sales methodology focus.
  • Ability to develop and execute both territory and account-based strategies.
  • Proven track record of performance in exceeding goals and quota, and growing the business.
  • Strong experience with Enterprise customers in the region.
  • Contribute a 'Challenger' mindset to evangelize, advise, tailor strategy and take control of the sales process from the start.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the West Sales Team.
