Dealer-FX Group is hiring an Account Executive

About the Role

Dealer-FX Group is hiring a hunter Account Executive to sell our total service management software platform directly to automotive OEMs and dealers. Success requires exceptional prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills, with up to 50% travel within a specified territory.

What You'll Do

  • Achieve sales objectives from new prospects and existing customers.
  • Drive the full sales process from prospecting through closure.
  • Meet daily activity KPI metrics via phone, email, text, and on-site sales calls.
  • Collaborate with management to close strategic sales.
  • Maintain high customer-focused activity, delivering virtual presentations via Zoom.
  • Build relationships with our automotive OEM partner field teams.
  • Engage in post-sale deployment and assist where needed.
  • Document all customer activity and interactions in the CRM.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Automotive industry experience, ideally in software sales.
  • Proven ability to deliver quantifiable, quota-achieving results through outbound sales.
  • Consistent track record of achieving KPI metrics.
  • Hardworking and persuasive communication skills.
  • Experience in phone-heavy sales efforts such as inside sales or business development.
  • Ability to travel 50%-75% (day/overnight, including to Canadian HQ) when necessary.
  • Strong organizational skills.

  • College degree desired but not required (based on experience).
