About the Role

The Account Executive 2, AEC - East is responsible for driving new business with Mid-Market companies in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) sector. At Egnyte, this role involves developing sales plans, building pipelines, closing deals, and expanding relationships within an assigned territory while collaborating with internal teams to impact revenue growth.

What You'll Do

  • Develop sales plans to effectively and efficiently manage the accounts within an assigned territory
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Utilize outstanding communication skills, sales savvy, industry and company knowledge to close deals
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders internally and externally
  • Understand market trends and interpret data relevant to our initiatives
  • Continue to build on existing customer relationships by identifying and closing new sales opportunities
  • Partner with other internal business lines to secure deals that impact the bottom line

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of full cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with focus on new logo acquisition, using value selling approach
  • Experience working in the Architecture, Construction or Engineering field
  • Goal oriented, with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)
  • A track record of success in driving consistent activity and pipeline development
  • Experience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.

Work Mode

This is a hybrid role based in Raleigh, NC, with 3 days in the office required per week.
