Octave is looking for an Account Executive to drive growth for Vitable's health benefits platform. You will be responsible for selling to SMBs and brokers/consultants, owning the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close while executing a territory plan. Your work will directly contribute to delivering better healthcare for employers and their employees.
What You'll Do
- Create and execute a territory sales plan.
- Own the sales cycle from qualifying leads through close.
- Master discovery questions to deeply understand client problems.
- Execute on Vitable's solution to provide value for employers and employees.
- Be a strong team player, communicate fast and effectively, and give and take feedback.
- Deliver accurate monthly forecasts.
- Use CRM (HubSpot) and tools like Apollo to identify accounts and build pipeline.
- Run executive summary and presentation calls.
- Master sales presentation and closing techniques.
- Run proposal calls and close deals.
