Octave is hiring an Account Executive (100% Remote)

About the Role

Octave is looking for an Account Executive to drive growth for Vitable's health benefits platform. You will be responsible for selling to SMBs and brokers/consultants, owning the full sales cycle from lead qualification to close while executing a territory plan. Your work will directly contribute to delivering better healthcare for employers and their employees.

What You'll Do

  • Create and execute a territory sales plan.
  • Own the sales cycle from qualifying leads through close.
  • Master discovery questions to deeply understand client problems.
  • Execute on Vitable's solution to provide value for employers and employees.
  • Be a strong team player, communicate fast and effectively, and give and take feedback.
  • Deliver accurate monthly forecasts.
  • Use CRM (HubSpot) and tools like Apollo to identify accounts and build pipeline.
  • Run executive summary and presentation calls.
  • Master sales presentation and closing techniques.
  • Run proposal calls and close deals.
