Raise Away is hiring an Account Executive

Raise Away is looking for an Account Executive to help nonprofits and schools achieve their fundraising goals. You will build long-term client relationships and manage a high volume of accounts as part of a dynamic, remote sales team.

What You'll Do

• Work closely each year with various nonprofits and schools in your assigned territory.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and manage 10,000+ accounts annually.
• Perform daily outreach to new and existing clients via phone calls, emails, and Google Hangouts.
• Work within a CRM (Hubspot) daily to manage tasks and input data for tracking.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales quotas.
• Help the Sales Team with their quarterly projects.
• Attend quarterly team gatherings called RAGEr (Raise Away Group Event r).
• Attend Sales Team on-site working sessions 2x a year in Southern California.
• Participate in weekly meetings, Slack, and Asana projects.

What We're Looking For

• A self-starter, able to manage your schedule and work independently in a 100% remote role.
• Asks lots of questions and is naturally curious.
• 2+ years of sales experience.
• Not afraid to make phone calls to clients or do Google video conference calls.
• Has a growth mindset and a desire to win.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Accepts feedback well and grows from it.
• Is proactive and an independent problem solver.

Nice to Have

• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Prior Hubspot knowledge.
