The Richards Group is hiring an Account Director - Total Rewards to join our dedicated Total Rewards Team. This full-time position is focused on designing and managing comprehensive total rewards programs.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and strategy for total rewards programs
- Direct account management for total rewards initiatives
- Analyze and optimize compensation and benefits structures
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement rewards solutions
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in an account director or senior client leadership role
- Deep expertise in total rewards strategy, including compensation and benefits
- Strong analytical and program management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

You will be a key member of our Total Rewards Team, working collaboratively to deliver impactful rewards strategies.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates should be based in or near Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
