Responsibilities

  • Design digital and social content strategies aligned with brand voice, goals, audience, and messaging.
  • Offer strategic and creative direction for digital and social media initiatives.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to implement strategies for both consumer and business clients.
  • Guide and brief large creative and community management teams in line with strategic goals.
  • Partner with analysts to assess data from monitoring and analytics tools to refine account performance.
  • Track social media platform trends and updates to adapt content and strategy accordingly.
  • Identify potential business growth areas and craft effective responses.
  • Lead client discussions when required, delivering insightful strategic perspectives.
  • Advocate for forward-thinking approaches to social media, integrating AI, cultural insights, trends, and the synergy between social listening and content development.
