Gatekeeper is hiring an Account Director for SaaS Solution | REMOTE (Vancouver)

About the Role

Gatekeeper is seeking an Account Director to be the primary owner of a portfolio of high-value existing accounts. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for retaining, growing, and expanding these relationships by ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our Vendor & Contract Lifecycle Management (VCLM) solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Gatekeeper solutions by understanding customer needs and aligning our products to their business goals.
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty, driving renewals.
  • Partner with the Customer Success & Professional Services team to ensure smooth onboarding, product adoption, and continued engagement.
  • Develop and execute customised account plans that align with customer goals and Gatekeeper’s growth objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues and providing solutions.
  • Become a subject matter expert in Gatekeeper’s product offerings and the broader VCLM domain to guide customers and position yourself as a trusted consultant.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor account health and customer usage to help identify growth opportunities.
  • Regularly report on account performance and forecast renewal and expansion revenue.
  • Serve as a voice of the customer within Gatekeeper, relaying product feedback to the product and development teams.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in an account management or client success role within a SaaS environment, focused on high-value accounts.
  • A track record of retaining and growing existing business, with a strong understanding of net revenue retention (NRR) drivers.
  • Demonstrated ability to build deep relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in forecasting, account planning, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-centric, strategic mindset focused on delivering value.

Work Mode

This is a remote position based in Vancouver. You must be located within the Vancouver area.
