Bullhorn is hiring an Account Director - Enterprise APAC to drive business growth across the region by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the largest staffing firms. You will position Bullhorn's software and services to provide clients with a competitive advantage.
What You'll Do
- Identify and target potential customers within the APAC staffing industry and drive the sales process from prospecting through to closing.
- Align solutions and services with the critical business needs of prospects to convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for large, strategic clients to ensure alignment with their business goals.
- Lead contract negotiations and provide hands-on sales support to secure deals with customers of various sizes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and forecasts within the CRM system.
- Work closely with Sales Engineering, Professional Services, and System Integrator partners to develop compelling proposals.
- Attend industry trade shows, events, and conferences as required to network and generate leads.
- Regularly submit sales metrics, including weekly forecasts, pipeline management, business plans, and expense reports.
What We're Looking For
- A strong track record of exceeding sales quotas and market share goals, particularly in a recruitment or SaaS environment.
- Ability to drive the sales strategy and vision for a mission-critical suite of products delivered via a SaaS model.
- Proficiency in developing and applying sales strategies, techniques, and tactics based on customer feedback and market conditions.
- Proven ability to diagnose complex client pain points and translate SaaS capabilities into measurable business value.
- Experience with recognized selling/forecasting methodologies.
- Proven success in closing large, complex deals directly with senior client executives.
Nice to Have
- 3-5 years of experience in SaaS sales or within the recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated success in a B2B sales environment with a consultative approach to selling complex solutions.
- Passion for building long-term, face-to-face relationships with customers by visiting their sites and understanding their needs.
