The Account Director plays a key role in growing revenue from existing dealership relationships by fostering trust, understanding client needs, and aligning solutions to deliver measurable value. This position focuses on expanding platform adoption across dealer groups and individual rooftops, ensuring customers fully leverage the capabilities of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with dealership stakeholders and dealer group leadership
- Identify and act on opportunities for product expansion, multi-rooftop deployment, and new solution adoption
- Apply the MEDDIC framework to assess, qualify, and advance expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to uncover and execute growth strategies
- Guide customers toward full platform utilization, ensuring they achieve maximum value
Qualifications
- Proven ability to grow revenue within an existing customer base through strategic account management
- Experience in cultivating long-term customer relationships in a B2B environment
- Skill in identifying expansion pathways and executing go-to-market plans
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies
