Dealerware is seeking an Account Director to expand and maximize value within its existing customer base. This role focuses on deepening relationships with automotive dealership partners, identifying revenue growth opportunities through product expansion and new solution deployments, and leveraging the MEDDIC methodology to convert leads.
What You'll Do
- Deepening relationships with dealership partners
- Identifying opportunities to grow revenue through product expansion, additional rooftop adoption, and new solution deployments
- Building strong relationships with dealerships and dealer groups
- Leveraging the MEDDIC methodology to qualify and convert leads
- Working closely with Customer Experience, Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to identify expansion opportunities
- Driving adoption of additional Dealerware solutions
- Ensuring customers fully realize the value of the Dealerware platform
