About the Role

Foley is hiring a B2B Account Development Sales Representative to deepen relationships with our current customers. You'll conduct detailed account reviews to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for our programs and services. Your first-year targeted earnings are $55,000-$90,000.

What You'll Do

  • Call and consult with customers to understand their compliance requirements, provide expert guidance, and present Foley's products and services.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Stay current with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Protect company and customer information by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team and management to resolve customer issues.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or account management.
  • Proven experience conducting consultative sales calls and performing needs-based selling.
  • A track record of upselling or cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot and managing a sales pipeline.
  • An optimistic, energetic personality with resilience in the face of rejection.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and keen attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn new processes and systems.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Nice to Have

  • SaaS or service-based sales experience.
  • Prior experience working remotely or in a structured, metric-driven sales environment.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with the Account Development team, Operations team, and management, reporting to a Supervisor/Coach.

  • First-year targeted earnings: $55,000-$90,000 ($17 per hour base).
