Kellanova is hiring an Account Developer for its Sales team in Tijuana, México. You will play a key role in developing our brands within Distribution for the Traditional Channel, finding new business opportunities and providing financial leadership to support sales objectives.
What You'll Do
- Manage distributors to ensure volume goals are achieved with various clients.
- Travel 35 routes to visit clients, close new deals, and generate commercial alliances.
- Develop the workforce by training the team in best practices, new strategies, and product displays.
- Implement commercial strategy by applying new plans and strategies across the region.
- Analyze and interpret commercial data to ensure field strategies are executed consistently and correctly.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of related work experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
