Chime is hiring an Account Coordinator, PBA

We're looking for an organized and proactive Account Coordinator to support the management of client campaigns. In this role, you'll help track project progress, assist in scheduling, and serve as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor campaign timelines and ensure deliverables are met on schedule
  • Coordinate communication across departments to maintain alignment
  • Update and maintain client records and project documentation
  • Assist in preparing materials for client reviews and performance reporting
  • Identify potential roadblocks and escalate issues promptly

Qualifications

Candidates should have experience in client services or project coordination, with strong attention to detail. Proficiency in using digital tools for task tracking and communication is essential. The ideal person is reliable, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
