EMD Serono is hiring an Account Consultant to serve as a strategic link between science and the market, focusing on demand generation and brand consolidation. This role combines high-level medical-scientific promotion with commercial management.
What You'll Do
- Conduct high-level interactions with the medical community using a differentiated technical approach for Medical-Scientific Promotion.
- Lead negotiations in key accounts, ensuring compliance with commercial policy and achieving short, medium, and long-term goals.
- Transform sales reports into strategic insights and develop robust action plans with management.
- Work integratively with Institutional Sales (public sector) and Access teams to identify opportunities and remove commercial barriers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and key accounts using a differentiated scientific approach.
What We're Looking For
- A complete undergraduate degree.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical sector with territory management and relationships with specialists.
- Must reside in Salvador/BA and have full availability for monthly travel covering the states of Bahia, Alagoas, and Sergite.
- Experience as a representative or consultant for Oncology medications.
