As a DashMart Team Member, you'll play a key role in fulfilling customer orders by accurately selecting items, preparing packages, and coordinating handoffs for timely delivery. You'll work in a warehouse setting where attention to detail and efficiency are essential to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Retrieve and assemble customer orders placed through the app, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging
- Monitor inventory levels, rotate stock based on expiration dates, and assist with receiving new shipments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, including refrigerated storage areas
- Communicate with customers when substitutions are needed, obtaining approval before replacements
Qualifications
You bring reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to work as part of a coordinated team. Prior experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is valuable. You pay close attention to food quality and safety, can lift up to 50 pounds, and are comfortable working in cool environments. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you must be open to completing a Food Handler's Certification after hire.
