Talent Acquisition Specialist, Gulf Region Full-time Company Overview: The Talent Acquisition Professional will spearhead comprehensive recruiting efforts for A&F Co.'s brand portfolio across the Middle East. This role demands a dynamic professional who can craft strategic talent attraction approaches, deliver exceptional candidate experiences, and leverage data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will authentically represent the company's unique employee value proposition, build robust relationships with store leadership, and champion diverse talent acquisition. This position operates remotely from Dubai. Primary Responsibilities: - Execute complete recruitment lifecycle for store positions in UAE & Kuwait, from initial job posting through onboarding - Design innovative, localized talent attraction strategies targeting diverse candidate pools - Collaborate with Regional, District, and Store management to align recruitment objectives - Coordinate with HR and Global Mobility for visa processing - Develop proactive talent sourcing and pipeline strategies - Cultivate professional networks and relationship-building opportunities - Deliver superior candidate engagement throughout recruitment process - Compile and present candidate evaluations and hiring recommendations - Utilize data analytics to optimize recruitment methodologies - Drive supplementary talent acquisition initiatives - Required travel up to 35% for recruiting events and university engagement Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience - Minimum 1 year talent acquisition experience - Adaptable personality with rapid response capabilities - Extensive networking proficiency across multiple platforms - Collaborative interpersonal approach - Proven relationship management skills - Demonstrated ability to maintain high-quality, high-volume workload - Strong learning orientation - Technology-forward recruitment mindset - Leadership experience in team environments - Genuine enthusiasm for retail and A&F brand ecosystem - Exceptional presentation and leadership communication skills - Quality-focused with continuous improvement perspective ABERCROMBIE & FITCH CO.
