About the Role
The Applied Behavior Analysis Supervisor will lead a team of behavior analysts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality ABA therapy to individuals with autism. The supervisor will provide clinical oversight, training, and support to the team, while also managing administrative tasks and maintaining ethical standards. The supervisor will collaborate with other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans, and will ensure that all services are provided in accordance with the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) standards and guidelines.
