About the Role
This role involves leading Applied Behavior Analysis programs by supervising clinical staff, designing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring client progress through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train ABA therapists delivering services to clients
- Develop and modify individualized behavior intervention plans
- Conduct regular assessments to determine client needs and progress
- Monitor fidelity of treatment implementation across therapy sessions
- Collect and analyze behavioral data to inform clinical decisions
- Collaborate with families to support treatment goals
- Provide feedback and performance evaluations for direct staff
- Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals
- Lead family training sessions to promote skill generalization
- Oversee client scheduling and service delivery logistics
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Participate in team meetings and case reviews
- Support onboarding and ongoing education for new staff
- Implement strategies to reduce challenging behaviors
- Promote skill acquisition in communication, social, and daily living areas
- Conduct observations in natural environments when needed
- Use evidence-based practices aligned with ABA principles
- Manage multiple client cases efficiently
- Respond to client and family concerns promptly
