Responsibilities
- Design and implement lesson plans, adjusting them as necessary throughout the academic year
- Adapt teaching methods to support the varied learning needs of all students
- Keep thorough and up-to-date records of each student's academic progress and development
- Apply instructional strategies grounded in educational research during planning and teaching
- Oversee and guide student conduct within the classroom setting
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning atmosphere
- Use curricula approved by the school that reflect students' diverse cultural, linguistic, and educational backgrounds
- Enforce established school-wide behavioral and cultural standards
- Engage with families to discuss student academic performance and social-emotional development
- Integrate technology into daily instruction to enhance student learning
- Assist in organizing and carrying out non-academic school activities when required
- Work cooperatively and communicate clearly with fellow educators and staff
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by administration

The salary range for this position is $48,000 - 57,500. Starting pay within this range may vary based on location, qualifications, education, experience, and other relevant factors.

- Capable of supervising students across age groups in various school environments such as playgrounds and cafeterias
