- Keep thorough and current records of each student's academic progress and development

- Oversee and guide student conduct within the classroom setting
- Foster an inclusive and encouraging learning atmosphere
- Use curricular materials that honor diverse cultural, linguistic, and educational backgrounds
- Support and uphold consistent school-wide behavioral standards
- Engage with families to discuss student academic and socio-emotional development
- Integrate technology tools into daily instruction to enhance student learning
- Assist in organizing and executing non-instructional school activities when necessary
- Work collaboratively with fellow educators and staff
- Carry out additional responsibilities as determined by school administration
