Arash Law is seeking a Growth Lead to own profitable customer acquisition and drive scalable growth. This is a hands-on role where you will build and optimize campaigns, shape creative strategy, and manage performance across key channels.
What You'll Do
- Build, launch, and optimize campaigns daily/weekly across Meta and Google.
- Plan and manage channel budgets and structure accounts for efficient testing and scale.
- Own full-funnel strategy, including prospecting and retargeting.
- Manage CAC, AOV, and LTV:CAC targets.
- Develop and execute a structured creative testing roadmap covering hooks, angles, and formats.
- Write clear, conversion-focused creative briefs for designers and UGC creators.
- Partner with the brand team to ensure performance creative maintains a premium feel.
- Analyze creative performance at a granular level, tracking metrics like hook rate, hold rate, and CVR.
- Systematically iterate on winning concepts and design structured A/B tests (offers, landing pages, audiences).
- Build a hypothesis-driven experimentation framework to identify scalable winning patterns.
- Continuously improve blended efficiency and own weekly/monthly growth reporting.
- Translate data into clear strategic recommendations based on leading indicators like CTR and CPC.
What We're Looking For
- 5–8+ years of hands-on DTC media buying experience.
- Deep, hands-on experience buying media on Meta and Google.
- A strong blend of creative intuition and analytical rigor.
- Obsession with structured testing and rapid iteration.
- Ability to operate independently without heavy oversight.
- Understanding of premium brand positioning beyond discount-driven growth.
Nice to Have
- Experience scaling fashion or apparel brands.
- Strong understanding of how merchandising impacts paid performance.
- Experience working with creators or managing UGC content pipelines.
