Job Type: Full-Time Location: 100% Remote (US, PST) About the Role Our client is developing an innovative Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and is recruiting a GTM Engineer with senior-level independence and robust technical expertise. This professional will architect, streamline, and elevate revenue processes across the entire GTM lifecycle. The position is hands-on and systems-oriented, integrating experimentation, artificial intelligence, automation, and data analysis to unlock potential pipeline opportunities, expedite deal progression, and improve customer loyalty. A GTM Engineer for our client transcends the traditional CRM management role. This individual functions as an internal product strategist for GTM—identifying operational constraints, designing innovative experiments, developing conceptual prototypes, and scaling workflows that demonstrate tangible outcomes. The work will significantly influence Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring a robust data infrastructure, intelligent engagement strategies, and highly optimized revenue generation mechanisms. Success in this role will be evaluated by the capacity to generate qualified pipeline opportunities, enhance GTM efficiency, and implement systems that make revenue generation more rapid, intelligent, and predictable. What You'll Do Systems Design, Prototyping & Automation (40%) - Construct comprehensive GTM workflows across Sales, Marketing, and CS using Clay, HubSpot, Make.com, and additional automation platforms. - Rapidly prototype revenue experiments, validate impact, and scale successful workflows. - Develop AI-powered automations (e.g., transcript analysis, research agents, message generation, enrichment agents). - Maintain and transform company's GTM technological ecosystem to reduce manual labor, eliminate bottlenecks, and discover growth opportunities. - Create internal tools, scripts, or micro-automations to empower GTM teams' operational efficiency. Dynamic Outbound & Signal Activation (30%) - Construct and expand outbound programs using Clay + Smartlead.ai, integrating enrichment, signals, and dynamic personalization. - Discover and operationalize high-intent signals — technological shifts, job postings, hiring trends, funding events, competitive dynamics, product usage indicators. - Design segmentation logic and scoring to improve ICP targeting and increase reply and meeting rates. - Develop multi-step experimental frameworks to continuously optimize messaging, channels, and timing. Data Foundation, Modeling & Hygiene (20%) - Maintain a pristine and reliable CRM through automated data hygiene, deduplication, enrichment, and schema consistency. - Develop and implement proprietary data models (ICP models, fit scores, intent scores, churn/expansion indicators). - Create pipelines that enrich, validate, and activate unique data points across the funnel. - Ensure data structure stability across systems, integrations, and workflows. Experimentation, Reporting & GTM Feedback Loops (10%) - Design measurable experiments and own experiment analysis. - Construct dashboards providing visibility into outbound performance, GTM experiments, and pipeline drivers. - Collaborate with AEs, AMs, CS, and Marketing to validate workflow impact and iterate. - Translate GTM strategy into system requirements and automation roadmaps. What You'll Drive - Weekly GTM experiments increasing reply rates, meeting rates, and pipeline velocity. - New models for operationalizing ICP tiers and activation signals across Sales, Marketing, and CS. - Enhanced revenue infrastructure scaling automation, personalization, and data activation. - Reduction in manual work across GTM teams via automation and AI workflows. - Improved retention and expansion opportunities through signal-based workflows and customer insights. Qualifications - 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Growth, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or RevOps in B2B SaaS. - 2+ years customer-facing experience with strong GTM understanding. - Proven experience building automated revenue workflows end-to-end. - Deep proficiency in Clay.com (enrichment, signals, automations, APIs, multi-step logic). - Strong understanding of sales prospecting, ICP targeting, ABM concepts, pipeline creation. - Advanced automation tools and CRM administration skills. - Experience with data modeling, lifecycle automation, enrichment logic, data hygiene. - Comfortable using AI tools to build automations and workflows. - Strong experimental mindset: quick testing, measurement, and iteration. - Nice-to-have: SQL or Python experience.
