What You'll Do
Lead the development and oversight of detailed construction schedules for high-priority data center developments using Primavera P6, Synchro, and Microsoft Project. Translate project requirements into structured timelines by building comprehensive Work Breakdown Structures, defining task sequences, and assigning resources and activity codes to clarify scope execution.
Perform critical path analysis to identify key milestones and optimize resource allocation, ensuring projects stay on track. Generate visual reports including GANTT charts and resource forecasts to keep stakeholders informed. Work closely with BIM specialists to synchronize scheduling data with Revit models, enabling 4D simulations that support planning accuracy and construction coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or construction management
- Demonstrate B1 or higher proficiency in written and spoken English
- Bring 5–10 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale construction projects with significant electrical or mechanical systems, such as industrial, commercial, or infrastructure builds
- Have proven experience with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Possess strong working knowledge of Revit for BIM integration
- Show fluency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exhibit sharp organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills
- Work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with MS Access is considered an advantage
