Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain construction timelines for data center builds using Primavera P6, Synchro, and Microsoft Project.
- Apply estimating software to determine material volumes and labor demands for project planning.
- Build Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), outline tasks, assign resources, and set activity codes to define project scope clearly.
- Analyze critical path, resource requirements, and schedule flexibility to support on-time delivery and efficient resourcing.
- Produce Gantt charts, resource distribution visuals, and key reports for stakeholder review.
- Work with BIM teams to align schedules with Revit models, enabling 4D BIM planning and construction simulations.
