360Learning is hiring a Senior Account Executive to own the sales cycle and drive growth within the Canadian market. You will join a collaborative team focused on promoting collaborative learning solutions.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for the Canadian territory.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities.
- Develop strategic account plans and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
- Forecast sales activity and report on key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience selling complex solutions into enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote-first setting.
