360Learning is hiring a Senior Account Executive to own the sales cycle and drive growth within the Canadian market. You will join a collaborative team focused on promoting collaborative learning solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, for the Canadian territory.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans and deliver compelling product demonstrations.
  • Forecast sales activity and report on key performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience selling complex solutions into enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the Canadian business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote-first setting.
