360Learning is hiring a Client Success Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for our clients. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships, ensuring successful platform adoption, and helping clients achieve their learning and development goals.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of clients.
- Develop and execute success plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Proactively monitor client health, identify risks, and drive adoption strategies.
- Analyze usage data to provide insights and recommendations for maximizing platform value.
- Facilitate regular business reviews and foster strong executive-level relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product teams on behalf of clients.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing success, account management, or consulting role within a SaaS environment.
- Strong ability to understand client needs, translate them into action plans, and demonstrate clear ROI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels.
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing usage metrics to guide recommendations.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving and risk management.
