360Learning is seeking a Client Success Partner - Enterprise to own and nurture strategic customer relationships. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our collaborative learning platform.
What You'll Do
- Manage the post-sale relationship and adoption journey for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Develop and execute strategic success plans to ensure client satisfaction and platform engagement.
- Proactively identify risks, expansion opportunities, and advocate for client needs internally.
- Analyze usage data and client feedback to drive product adoption and business value.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- Strong ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Spanish.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to guide client strategy and conversations.
- Problem-solving orientation and a proactive approach to managing complex accounts.
Work Mode
This position operates on a global work mode and is based in Spain.
